If your air pump is already 10 to 13 years old, or your compressor sounds like the bearings are going out, it may be time to replace the entire Air Pump. You can find a replacement model here. If possible, repairing or rebuilding a Septic Air Pump is often recommended before buying a new model, because it is much more cost effective.
If you have determined your current air pump can be repaired instead of replaced, the Clearstream CS103G Rotary Vane Septic Air Pump Rebuild Kit has everything you need. The kit includes four 1-¼” wide carbon vanes. It also includes 2 internal filters, 2 external filters, 2 O-Rings and other gasket seals. The rebuild kit also comes with instructions, so you can try to tackle this project yourself.
